Cancellation Policy

At Phoenix Transportation, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure reliable service for all our customers, we have the following cancellation policy:

Taxi Service Cancellations:

  • A ride must be canceled with a minimum of 1.5 hours notice before the scheduled service for a full refund. If a ride is canceled within 1.5 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the base pickup fee is non-refundable.

Non-Emergency Medical Transport Cancellations:

  • Service must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

  • A ride must be canceled with a minimum of 1.5 hours notice before the scheduled service for a full refund. If a ride is canceled within 1.5 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the base pickup fee is non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions

By using Phoenix Transportation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Rides must be booked in advance, and all fares include a flat pickup fee and additional metered charges where applicable. Payment is required at the end of the ride or as agreed upon during booking. Cancellations are subject to our policy, with a non-refundable base fee if canceled within 1.5 hours of the scheduled pickup time. Passengers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, and Phoenix Transportation is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or policy violations. While we strive for safe and timely transportation, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or road closures. By booking with us, you accept these terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and reliable travel experience.
