Cancellation Policy
At Phoenix Transportation, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure reliable service for all our customers, we have the following cancellation policy:
Taxi Service Cancellations:

A ride must be canceled with a minimum of 1.5 hours notice before the scheduled service for a full refund. If a ride is canceled within 1.5 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the base pickup fee is non-refundable.
Non-Emergency Medical Transport Cancellations:

Service must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
